Sit down, put on some shooting sounds or rain or whatever helps you relax. The idea is to relax. Close your eyes, breathe in through your nose, out through your mouth very slowly, and keep doing that. Listen intently, either through the silence or through the war sounds you listen to or whatever, listen for the really loud fog-horn. It'll be like a BLARING HORN. It'll go like WHAAAAAAA. Keep listening for it. You'll feel your sense of space expand as you listen closer and closer for the horn. Hold onto that spatial feeling, maintain awareness of it. In this awareness, and with your eyes closed, whatever area youre thinking of in your mind that is free of distractions, stick Ikari in there. I am recommending an empty space void because its free of stupid distractions. You want Ikari to be in the center of all this. Take in her every detail. the color of her hair, the sound of her voice, feel her emotions and her thoughts, talk to her, try to pull a response, feel if its right or wrong, and just maintain overall awareness of her presense and existance (edited)
